Schools invited to join educational campaign "I See Sustainability"

The Latvian National Commission for UNESCO (LNK), working together with the National Library of Latvia (LNB), has reached out to schools across the country, inviting them to take part in an educational campaign titled "I See Sustainability". The invitation was communicated to the LETA news agency by Kitija Balcare, a representative of the UNESCO Latvian National Commission.

The call is directed at educational institutions nationwide, with the aim of involving students in activities connected to the campaign's theme. Further details on the exact format, timeline and specific tasks involved have not yet been made public.

A joint effort between two institutions

The Latvian National Commission for UNESCO serves as a link between the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization and Latvian institutions in the fields of education and culture.
