SIA 'FIRMA MADARA 89' has announced plans to open a new 'Top!' retail store at 122 Kārļa Ulmaņa gatve in Riga. The address was previously occupied by a store belonging to the 'Sky' chain. The owner of the Sky chain filed for insolvency earlier this spring and subsequently closed all its stores. Now, the same space is set to be revitalized by the opening of a 'Top!' store.
