Despite the glamour of Hollywood, the acting profession is demanding and requires great resilience. Depending on the film's genre, plot, shooting location, and special effects, the work can become even more strenuous than usual.

It is sometimes hard to accept that an actor had a negative experience while filming one of the most famous movies of all time. Audiences like to believe that the set was filled with harmony—everyone smiling, laughing, and becoming best friends. However, in reality, filmmaking is a job, and often a very hard one.

Many actors have admitted that making certain films caused them immense stress, physical or emotional exhaustion, and even psychological issues. The ease seen on screen often hides tremendous effort and sacrifices behind the scenes.
