This Year's Sigulda Opera Festival Centers on "Madama Butterfly" Production
The 33rd International Opera Music Festival at Sigulda Castle from late July to early August will feature a production of Puccini's "Madama Butterfly", along with returning and debut artists.
Sigulda Castle to Host Opera Again
From late July to early August, Sigulda Castle of the Livonian Order will host the 33rd International Opera Music Festival. This year's centerpiece is a production of Giacomo Puccini's "Madama Butterfly".
Organizers say visitors can expect both artists who have performed in Sigulda before and opera soloists making their debut at the festival.
