Chocolate maker 'Premium Chocolate' declared insolvent
The company 'Premium Chocolate', known for its 'Nelleulla' brand, has been declared insolvent. The Riga City Court started the procedure on July 20, and creditors must file claims by August 21.

SIA 'Premium Chocolate', the producer of chocolate under the brand 'Nelleulla', has been officially declared insolvent. The Riga City Court initiated insolvency proceedings on July 20, appointing Eva Ķibermane as the administrator. Creditors have until August 21 of this year to submit their claims.
According to the State Revenue Service, the company had a tax debt of €134,803 as of July 20. Data from 'Firmas.lv' shows that in 2024, 'Premium Chocolate' had a turnover of €568,782 and incurred losses of €110,658. Financial results for 2025 have not yet been published.
The company was registered in 2012 with a share capital of €480,840. Its sole owner is Laura Sebre.
