An AI agent startup just let its agent run its $100 million fundraise
Lyzr, a three-year-old Jersey City startup, used its own AI agent SivaClaw to raise a $100 million Series B round, proving the product works in the process.

Lyzr, a three-year-old startup based in Jersey City, New Jersey, that helps enterprises build AI agents, has used its own AI agent to close a $100 million Series B round at a roughly $500 million valuation. The system, named SivaClaw, handled the fundraising process without the founders having to travel.
According to Bloomberg, SivaClaw fielded questions from over 130 investors, drafted investment memos, and tracked which slides investors lingered on during pitch decks. It essentially ran point on the entire fundraising effort, simultaneously demonstrating that the product is functional and effective.
The most telling detail, as reported by Bloomberg, is how little traditional legwork was involved. Lyzr told the outlet that it generated $400 million in interest from Silicon Valley, the Middle East, and financial-sector investors without any of its founders needing to fly out for coffee meetings or warm introductions along Sand Hill Road.
This story underscores the current AI investment frenzy: there is so much capital chasing AI bets that startup founders with traction can raise nine-figure sums without leaving their desks.
