Stevie Wonder to Play Paris in October, Marking 50 Years of "Songs in the Key of Life"

American music icon Stevie Wonder will perform at Paris's Accor Arena (Bercy) on Thursday, October 15, 2026 — his only scheduled date in the French capital on this tour. Sources differ slightly on how long it has been since his last Paris appearance: Sortiraparis reports this will be his first show at Bercy since 2008, while Le Bonbon states it comes twelve years after his previous Paris concert.

A Tour Built Around a Milestone Album

The tour, titled "Songs In The Key Of Life Performances," will see Wonder perform his 1976 album "Songs in the Key of Life" in full at every stop, marking the record's 50th anniversary. The album earned Wonder his third Grammy Award for Album of the Year and includes standards such as "I Wish," "Isn't She Lovely," "Sir Duke," "As" and "Another Star." Contributors to the original recording included Herbie Hancock, George Benson and Minnie Riperton, though Wonder wrote, produced and arranged nearly every track himself, playing almost every instrument. The album is part of the U.S. Library of Congress's National Recording Registry.

According to Pitchfork's published schedule, the tour spans 18 cities, opening October 13 in Birmingham, UK, and closing December 19 at Los Angeles' Intuit Dome. Le Bonbon, however, describes it as a 14-date tour — the two sources do not match on this count.

This marks Wonder's first official tour since fall 2024, when he undertook the 11-city "Sing Your Song! As We Fix Our Nation's Broken Heart" tour. Since then he has made select appearances, including a Quincy Jones tribute at the 2025 Grammy Awards and a Sly Stone tribute at the 2025 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony. As reported by Le Bonbon, Wonder has also announced a new studio album, "Through the Eyes of Wonder," expected in 2027 — his last studio release, "A Time to Love," came out in 2005.

Ticket prices for the Paris concert range from €78.50 to €276.50, across six categories from the cheapest (Category 4) to the most expensive (Diamond). All seats are assigned seating. A Mastercard holders' presale began September 9, followed by Live Nation and Accor Arena presales on September 10, with general sale opening September 11 at 10 a.m.
