Gambadoro shared this update on social media, noting it as the anticipated recovery window following shoulder surgery.

Last season's performance

Williams has dealt with various injuries throughout his career, often limiting his availability. Last season, however, he set a career high by appearing in 60 games. During that stretch he posted solid numbers, averaging 11.7 points and eight rebounds per game.

The new injury means the Suns will need to adjust their center rotation while Williams recovers.
