The political alliance of “Suverēnā vara” (SV) and “Apvienība jaunlatvieši” (AJ) has submitted its candidate list to the Central Election Commission (CVK) for the 15th Saeima elections. The list includes all deputies who were elected last year from the alliance's joint lists in Riga and Jelgava city councils.

In the Riga electoral district, the top six candidates are Jūlija Stepaņenko, Rūdolfs Brēmanis, Ļubova Švecova, Inna Djeri, Artūrs Klēbahs, and Jūlija Sohina. Igors Solomatins is placed eighth. The seventh spot is taken by Natālija Ābola, a former Riga council member who previously represented “Saskaņa” and the party “Gods kalpot Rīgai”. Further down the list is another former “Saskaņa” council member, Vadims Baraņņiks.

In the Latgale district, Vjačeslavs Stepaņenko leads the list. In Vidzeme, the first candidate is Karina Sprūde, a deputy of Ādaži municipality, while Olaine municipal deputy Andris Vurčs is also running, whose educational background faced questions after the last local elections. The Kurzeme list is headed by alliance board member Edgars Dārznieks.

In the Zemgale district, the first position is held by Andrejs Pagors, a representative of the Latvian Russian Union who was elected to Jelgava council from the SV/AJ list last year. He is joined by fellow Jelgava deputies Maksims Galkins and Valentīna Kudrjavceva.

In total, 14 political forces have submitted lists. The 15th Saeima elections are scheduled for early October.
