Switzerland secured a convincing 4-1 victory over Bosnia and Herzegovina, concluding the match with a strong second half (0-0 at halftime). The first half saw few clear chances, though Dan Ndoye came close in the 10th minute with a powerful shot that went just wide of the left post.
In the 63rd minute, Breel Embolo headed the ball towards goal, but Bosnia's goalkeeper Nikola Vasilj made a save. The turning point came in the 71st minute when Switzerland made three substitutions. Just three minutes later, one of the substitutes, Johanz Manzambi, found a loose ball in the box and slotted it into the right corner, making it 1-0.
Bosnia was reduced to ten men in the 80th minute after Tarik Muharemović fouled Embolo just outside the penalty area. Four minutes later, Embolo set up another substitute, Ruben Vargas, who fired from the center of the box into the bottom right corner for a 2-0 lead. The match ended 4-1, giving Switzerland an important win.
