Estonia's Sunday forecast: rain, thunderstorms and highs of 21°C

Estonia will see a cloudy night with rain moving from west to east, followed by a day of sunny spells, scattered showers and possible thunderstorms, with temperatures up to 21°C.

Sunday in Estonia is expected to bring changeable weather. The night will be cloudy, and rain will gradually spread from the west toward the east. According to forecasters, southerly winds will blow at 3–9 meters per second, with gusts reaching 13 meters per second on the coast. Overnight temperatures will stay between 13 and 17 degrees Celsius.

The daytime forecast calls for a mix of clouds and clear spells. Many places will see brief showers, and thunderstorms are possible in some areas. The wind is expected to turn to the south or southwest, remaining at 3–9 meters per second, with gusts up to 12 meters per second along the coast. Maximum daytime temperatures will rise to 17–21 degrees Celsius. Meteorologists noted that while the night rain may be more sustained, daytime precipitation is expected to be short-lived.

The forecast was presented by Estonian meteorologists on the ETV+ programme "Aktuaalne kaamera". People planning outdoor activities or travel across Estonia on Sunday should be prepared for showery conditions and the chance of thunder, even though it will be warm. The information applies to the entire territory of Estonia.
