Taxi driver shares unpleasant surprise after drunk passenger wets car while sleeping
A taxi driver in Riga has recounted on the social media platform Threads how a heavily intoxicated passenger fell asleep during a ride and, after he helped her home, he discovered she had urinated in his car. The driver says it was the third time such an incident occurred.
A taxi driver in Riga has shared an unpleasant experience on the social media platform Threads. He said he picked up a client from Tallinas kvartāls to Ķengarags around 4 a.m. It was already clear during the trip that the woman was heavily intoxicated, as she fell asleep halfway.
Upon reaching the destination, the driver could not wake the passenger immediately. He spent about half an hour trying to rouse her before she finally got up. Because the morning was cool and the passenger was wearing only a short dress, the driver decided to help her out of the car and walk her to the door of her home.
When he returned to his vehicle, he was met with an unpleasant surprise. In his words, he saw “a sight every taxi driver fears” – the woman had urinated while sleeping. The driver added that this ended his work day and that he would have to find a dry cleaner in the morning. He also noted that this was the third time something like this had happened to him.
Commenters on the post shared their own observations, stressing that such situations are not limited to passengers of one gender. One person jokingly suggested that taxi drivers should keep larger-sized diapers in their cars for such cases.
