Record-Breaking Real Estate Deal in Tallinn: Apartment Sold for €4 Million
The most expensive apartment in Estonian history has been sold in Tallinn for €4 million. The 340-square-meter property in the "Volta Skai" complex features a 300-square-meter terrace with a panoramic view of the Old Town and the bay.

Tallinn has witnessed what is likely the most expensive residential real estate transaction in Estonia's history. According to ERR, an apartment in the upcoming "Volta Skai" complex in North Tallinn was sold for four million euros. Spanning approximately 340 square meters, the unit occupies an entire floor of the building. Its exclusivity is enhanced by a nearly 300-square-meter terrace offering panoramic views of Tallinn's Old Town and the bay.
Developer Endover notes that the interior was customized according to the buyer's individual preferences. The company emphasizes that this deal demonstrates the continued activity of Estonia's premium real estate market despite challenging economic conditions. "Volta Skai" comprises two towers, with the first apartments set to be delivered to buyers this autumn.
Data from the real estate portal Citify indicates that the Tallinn new home market was more active in the first half of this year compared to last year. From January to June, 825 transactions for new homes were concluded in the capital, up from 724 during the same period a year earlier. Furthermore, Estonia has already registered 14 real estate transactions worth at least one million euros this year.
