Estonian artist Len Murusalu opens solo exhibition 'Peregrina' at Foku gallery in Tallinn
The solo exhibition 'Peregrina' by Estonian artist and filmmaker Len Murusalu has opened at the Foku gallery in Tallinn, featuring photographs from a pilgrimage, poetry, and a video installation.

The Foku gallery in Tallinn is hosting a solo exhibition by Estonian artist and filmmaker Len Murusalu, titled “Peregrina”. The display combines photographs taken during a pilgrimage, poetry, and a video installation called “In Search of the Golden Age”, which Murusalu has been working on since 2011.
The exhibition explores the journey as a ritual. Inspired by the Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage, the project examines the route as a deliberate, cyclical movement that reveals both the surrounding landscape and the inner world of the traveler.
Murusalu holds a master's degree in contemporary art from the Royal College of Art in London and a bachelor's degree in fine arts from the University of East London. Her work sits at the intersection of contemporary art and documentary, focusing on memory, perception of time, identity, and marginalized historical events.
“Peregrina” will be on display until July 20.
