"Tallinn Pedophile" Kept Targeting Girls on "Likee" Even After Public Exposure

A case has surfaced in Estonia involving a man named Arturs Aibetovs, who has become publicly known as the "Tallinn pedophile." Despite his conduct already being publicly exposed, the man continued actively using the video-sharing app "Likee" to communicate with underage girls.

According to available information, parents had already raised alarm about Aibetovs' behavior on Facebook, and Estonian journalists had published several articles exposing his actions. Yet none of this stopped him — he kept seeking contact with children even after these publications.

Reports indicate that Aibetovs' actions included exposing his genitals to children, sending sexually explicit messages, issuing threats, and stalking victims. In one message, apparently addressed to a girl, he reportedly wrote that he liked that she was 11 years old.
