Over twelve years in aviation, Tallinn resident Elīza Pola has experienced various situations, yet she still speaks about her profession with great love. During the conversation, she could not contain her emotions, so important is it to her.

One of the most memorable episodes was when a passenger admitted she had asthma and that her inhaler had run out that morning. The woman also said she had experienced a panic attack in the cabin. Despite this, she really wanted to fly and convinced the crew that everything would be fine. This case shows how important it is for the crew to stay calm and take care of passengers.
