Missing Girl in Talsi: Police Appeal for Information on Ramīna Putrašēvica
A girl born in 2014, Ramīna Putrašēvica, has been missing from Talsi since July 31. Latvian police are asking the public to report any sightings by calling 112.

Officers from the North Kurzeme precinct of the Kurzeme Regional Police Administration are searching for a minor who went missing from Talsi. The girl, identified as Ramīna Putrašēvica, was born in 2014. According to the State Police, she left her home at 5 K. Mīlenbaha Street on July 31 at approximately 6 p.m. and has not been seen or heard from since.
The police have released a physical description of the missing girl. She is about 150 centimeters tall and has black shoulder-length hair. At the time she disappeared, Ramīna was wearing a black hoodie with a white inscription on the back, blue denim jeans, and black rubber shoes. These distinctive clothing items may help witnesses identify her.
The State Police urge everyone who might have information about the girl’s whereabouts to call the single emergency number 112 without delay. Additionally, citizens are asked to examine the published photograph of Ramīna and report any potential sightings. The police note that even the smallest detail could help locate the missing child and bring her home safely.
