TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 exhibit program still open for startups
The exhibit program for TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 allows startups to book a table at Moscone West in San Francisco from October 13-15. For $12,500, participants receive a booth space, ten passes, and additional benefits.

TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 still has room for startups that want to present their products in person. The conference is scheduled for October 13-15 at Moscone West in San Francisco. According to the event organizers, the Expo Hall is the busiest part of Disrupt, attracting more than 10,000 founders, investors, and technology executives looking for partnerships and funding. The exhibit program remains open for companies interested in being part of that space.
The participation fee is $12,500. That amount includes a table measuring 6 feet by 30 inches in the Expo Hall, along with linen, chairs, and signage. The organizers say this lets companies focus on showcasing their startup instead of dealing with logistics. Each package also includes ten Disrupt passes: five all-access Exhibitor-Partner passes and five Expo+ passes. The combined value of the passes is nearly $4,000 of the total price.
Exhibitors will also receive lead-generation tools through the Disrupt 2026 mobile app, allowing them to turn conversations into follow-ups. The package includes access to the event’s press list and Silver Tier sponsor branding across the website, app, and signage at the venue.
There is a limited number of tables. The offer will remain available until the last table is sold out or until September 25 at 11:59 p.m. PT, whichever comes first. For those who are not ready to exhibit this year, organizers are offering a limited-time $400 discount on Disrupt 2026 tickets, so attendees can plan their visit for the next edition.
