TechCrunch has published a schedule of side events running alongside its main Disrupt conference in San Francisco, with dozens of networking mixers and parties from October 11-15.

TechCrunch Disrupt 2026's main conference takes place October 13-15 at Moscone West in San Francisco, but organizers have built out an extensive Side Events program running throughout the week, with new listings added regularly ahead of the event.

Partner-hosted events

Several featured events are run by TechCrunch partners. Payments company NMI hosts a mixer on October 12 for SaaS leaders exploring embedded payments. Storage provider Backblaze, together with Flamethrower, hosts an evening mixer called The Afterburn on October 14. Investment firm Peak XV Partners holds an Ecosystem Mixer for founders and investors the same evening, while Augment and law firm Mintz co-host a private markets cocktail party.

A packed schedule from Sunday to Thursday

The full chronological lineup includes more than twenty events, ranging from a happy hour featuring an AI-powered robotic bartender and an early-stage startup demo night hosted by EPIC SF, to gatherings tailored to AI founders, security professionals, content creators, South Asian investors, and Korean tech startups. The week also includes SignalFire's annual after-party with live music and art installations, plus rooftop gatherings focused on physical AI and infrastructure investing.

Key conditions for attendees

Organizers note that RSVPing to a side event does not grant access to the main Disrupt conference, which requires a separate pass or badge. Each event is independently organized and operated by its host rather than by TechCrunch. Age requirements vary, with most events open to those 18 and older and some restricted to 21+. Many events require advance registration, and an RSVP does not guarantee entry once capacity is reached. The complete, up-to-date schedule is available on TechCrunch's website, with new events added weekly.
