Latvian news portal LA.lv has published a lighthearted quiz inviting readers to test how well they know the country's television landscape. The task is simple in concept but trickier than it sounds: participants must identify which channel broadcasts a particular popular Latvian TV show.
According to the quiz's creators, most viewers recognize shows by their content or hosts, but the channel logo displayed in the corner of the screen often goes unnoticed. The quiz is meant to test just how observant viewers really are in their everyday watching habits.
How the quiz works
The quiz consists of ten questions. The first one asks participants to identify which channel airs the show "Gudrs, vēl gudrāks" ("Smart, Even Smarter"). The answer options include four of Latvia's best-known channels: LTV1, TV3, STV, and Latvija 1.
The portal invites readers to try the quiz themselves and see whether they can confidently match popular shows to their correct channels without guessing.
