Latvian outlet La.lv has published a new knowledge quiz where every question offers just three answer options – 1, 2 or 3 – but reportedly only a fraction of participants answer all of them correctly.
Latvian news portal La.lv has released a new entertainment quiz in which readers must pick the correct answer from exactly three options in every question – always numbered 1, 2 or 3. While the number of choices stays fixed and looks simple, the actual questions cover a wide range of knowledge areas.
What the quiz covers
The quiz includes questions on fairy tales, nature, geography and everyday knowledge. As an example, the outlet cites a question asking how many hearts an octopus has, where the reader again must choose from three possible answers.
According to the publication, only a portion of participants manage to answer every question correctly – roughly one in three. This suggests that although the choice itself looks straightforward, the underlying knowledge required often proves challenging for many readers.
Purpose of the format
Such quizzes serve as a light, entertaining way to test general knowledge while prompting readers to pause and think even over seemingly simple questions.
