Old rumors about a secret asteroid swarm resurface online
Internet commenters have once again revived old rumors about secret asteroid swarms allegedly threatening Earth in 2027, alongside unfounded claims that UFOs appear during SpaceX rocket launches.
Social media and comment sections are once again seeing renewed interest in unusual, unverified theories that periodically resurface online. One such claim suggests that unidentified flying objects, or UFOs, are supposedly spotted during SpaceX rocket launches.
Alongside this claim, older rumors about allegedly secret asteroid swarms have also resurfaced, linked to supposed threats to Earth in 2027. These rumors are not new to the internet — they periodically reappear, drawing attention from commenters who continue to spread them further.
A recurring phenomenon
Both the claims about UFOs appearing during SpaceX launches and the talk of secret asteroid swarms belong to a category of recurring internet oddities — theories that regularly return to public discussion without new evidence or confirmation. Both stories illustrate how old, unsubstantiated rumors can regain popularity in online spaces.
So far, there is no indication that these rumors have any factual basis — they are described as a repeatedly circulated online phenomenon rather than new or confirmed information.
