Tiltiņš and Kovaļevskis fire Masters Ulbroka/LU to top of standings
Masters Ulbroka/LU floorball club beat FK Kurši 11:7 away, led by a strong performance from Krišjānis Tiltiņš and Rolands Kovaļevskis, securing their third straight win and the top spot in the men's top division.

In a men's Elvi floorball top division match, FK Kurši fell to Masters Ulbroka/LU 7:11 on their home floor, as the visitors claimed their third win of the season.
Before the game, the Liepāja-based club had played only one match, winning convincingly at home against Lielvārde/Unihoc 7:3. Masters Ulbroka/LU, meanwhile, had already celebrated two victories — 6:3 over Lekrings in Cēsis and an 8:5 win over FBK Valmiera the day before.
Fast start for the visitors
Just three minutes into the game, the visitors took the lead through a combination between Krišjānis Tiltiņš and Rolands Kovaļevskis. The same duo added two more goals during the first period, making it 3:0 after twenty minutes.
In the second period the home side managed to narrow the gap, but a string of penalties allowed the visitors to keep control, and the period ended 6:2 in favor of Masters Ulbroka/LU.
Highest-scoring period
The third period proved the most eventful of the match. The visitors quickly stretched their lead to 9:2, but the home team refused to give up — Gvido Griezītis completed his second hat-trick of the season with a power-play goal. On the other side, Krišjānis Tiltiņš scored his second hat-trick in two days, helping seal an 11:7 victory for his team.
FK Kurši's top scorers were Gvido Griezītis with three goals and Linards Putniņš with three assists. For Masters Ulbroka/LU, Krišjānis Tiltiņš led with six points (3+3), followed by Rolands Kovaļevskis with five (3+2).
After the match, Masters Ulbroka/LU sit atop the standings with three wins and a 25:15 goal difference, ahead of Rubene and Lekrings. FK Kurši, with one win from two games, remain in the middle of the table.
