Tralmaks: At Hype Hockey tournament, we want to show that the origins of 3x3 hockey are Latvian
On July 18-19 in Riga, the Xiaomi Arena will host the Hype Hockey 3x3 tournament with teams from eight countries. Co-organizer Eduards Tralmaks says the goal is to demonstrate that the roots of 3x3 hockey are in Latvia.
Although the hockey season and major tournaments are over, Riga remains lively: on July 18 and 19, the Xiaomi Arena will hold a unique event – the 3x3 hockey tournament Hype Hockey, featuring teams from eight countries.
In an interview with Latvian Television, tournament co-organizer Eduards Tralmaks and Sandis Vilmanis spoke about the upcoming event and their future plans. Tralmaks emphasized that through this tournament, they want to show that the origins of 3x3 hockey are Latvian.
