Three injured in two-car collision in Saulkrasti county
On Saturday evening, two cars collided on road P6 in Saulkrasti county, sending three people to hospital.
A traffic accident occurred on Saturday evening in Sēja parish, Saulkrasti county, leaving three people injured. The collision took place on the Saulkrasti-Ragana road (P6) near the turn to Pabaži. Two vehicles were involved: a Volkswagen and a Ford.
The State Police received the call around 5:35 PM. Traffic was blocked at the scene for approximately two hours. The Emergency Medical Service confirmed that three individuals received assistance and were transported to a medical facility in satisfactory condition.
Police are investigating the circumstances of the accident. According to the state road authority Latvijas valsts ceļi, traffic on that section of the road has been fully restored.
