According to the Ukrainian General Staff, total Russian losses in the war against Ukraine have reached 1,386,680 troops, with 1,260 killed or wounded in the last 24 hours.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has released updated figures on Russian military losses. Since the start of the war on February 24, 2022, to June 17, 2026, Russia has lost approximately 1,386,680 personnel, including 1,260 killed or wounded in the past day.
Additionally, Ukrainian forces destroyed 7 Russian tanks, 7 armored personnel carriers, 51 artillery systems, 2 multiple rocket launchers, 10 unmanned ground vehicles, 2,052 tactical UAVs, 486 vehicles, and 3 pieces of special equipment.
Cumulative losses since the invasion: tanks – 12,033, armored vehicles – 24,775, artillery systems – 44,169, MLRS – 1,874, ground robots – 1,677, UAVs – 355,593, vehicles – 107,994, special equipment – 4,303.
