Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 closes with 160 deals worth over €10 billion
The URC 2026 in Gdańsk concluded with 160 agreements totaling more than €10 billion, a $3.4 billion World Bank package, and the launch of two new funds for reconstruction.

The Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 (URC 2026), held in Gdańsk, Poland, concluded with a record number of 160 signed agreements valued at over €10 billion. The deals span various sectors crucial for Ukraine's post-war reconstruction.
A key outcome was a $3.4 billion support package coordinated with the World Bank, aimed at funding priority recovery projects.
Conference participants also announced the establishment of the European Flagship Fund for Ukraine’s Reconstruction, designed to finance large-scale infrastructure initiatives essential for rebuilding the country.
Additionally, a new Ukraine Transport Support Fund was created to restore and modernize Ukraine's transport network, including roads, bridges, and railways.
The conference brought together international stakeholders to align efforts and mobilize resources for Ukraine's long-term recovery.
