Australia's Nicola Olyslagers won the event by also clearing 2.01 meters, equalling her season's best. However, she needed fewer attempts than the Ukrainian, securing first place. Another Australian, Eleanor Patterson, finished third with a jump of 1.96 meters.
Maria Żodzik from Poland and Angelina Topić from Serbia also cleared 1.96 meters. The Polish athlete opted not to take her final attempt after an awkward landing on her previous jump.
Mahuchikh previously won the Diamond League stage in Rabat, Morocco, at the end of May. She also recently triumphed at the Continental Tour in the Netherlands and won the Ukrainian Championship.
