Ukrainian drones targeted several regions of Russia on the night of July 29. In Taganrog, missile debris hit an apartment building, killing one woman, according to Rostov Governor Yuri Slyusar. He added that the remaining residents are being evacuated. Two other people were injured in the attack.

In the Ryazan region, a Ukrainian drone attack injured six people, all of whom were hospitalized. Ryazan Governor Pavel Malkov reported a fire breaking out “in industrial areas,” without specifying further. Ryazan is also home to a large Wildberries warehouse that had not previously been targeted. On the morning of July 29, RWB, the merged company, stated that its logistics facility in Ryazan “had been evacuated in accordance with safety requirements.”

Ukrainian Telegram channels published photos and video showing the fire at the warehouse. The independent Telegram channel Astra claims the Ryazan oil refinery was also struck, with smoke rising above it.
