Ukrainian drones strike Russian oil refining infrastructure in Tyumen, over 2,000 km away – Zelenskyy
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that Ukrainian drones hit an oil refinery in Russia's Tyumen Oblast, more than 2,000 km from the border. The Russian governor claimed the attack was repelled and the plant was not damaged.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in his evening address that Ukrainian drones successfully struck oil refining infrastructure in Russia's Tyumen Oblast, located over 2,000 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. He thanked the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and noted that new upgraded FP drones were used, capable of reaching targets at distances up to 3,000 kilometers. Zelenskyy described these strikes as a fair response to Russian attacks on Ukraine.
Meanwhile, the governor of Russia's Tyumen Oblast, Aleksandr Moor, stated that an alleged UAV attack on the Tyumen oil refinery was repelled on the afternoon of June 20. According to him, emergency services are working at the site of falling debris, the plant was not damaged, and employees were evacuated.
