In Saratov, a drone hit a logistics center operated by the online retailer Ozon, sparking a fire. The company said employees were evacuated and, according to preliminary information, no one was hurt. The facility is currently not accepting new orders, which are being redirected to other logistics centers. Saratov Governor Roman Busargin confirmed the attack damaged civilian infrastructure in the city but did not provide further details. Ukrainian monitoring channels claimed the Saratov oil refinery was also struck and caught fire, though this has not been officially confirmed.
In Volgograd, drones damaged a multi-unit apartment building on Geroev Maloy Zemli Street in the city's Krasnoarmeysky district. Governor Andrei Bocharov said two men, aged 42 and 55, were injured and hospitalized. He added that drone debris also fell on the grounds of an industrial facility in the southern part of the city, without specifying which one.
The Tula region was also hit. Governor Dmitry Milyaev reported two people killed and three injured, but gave no further details about the circumstances.
