Ukraine's Prosecutor General's Office vows cooperation in fraudulent call centre probe

Ukraine's Prosecutor General's Office says it will fully cooperate with the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) in a case involving fraudulent call centres and will suspend an employee under investigation.

Ukraine's Prosecutor General's Office has confirmed it will provide full cooperation to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) as it investigates a case involving fraudulent call centres.

The office stated that one of its own staff members is currently under investigation in connection with the case, and pledged to suspend that employee from their duties while the probe continues.

The Prosecutor General's Office emphasized its commitment to avoiding any interference with the work of anti-corruption bodies and to providing whatever assistance is needed so the investigation can proceed unimpeded.

No further details have been disclosed about the scale of the alleged scheme, the number of people affected, or other individuals who may be implicated.
