Ukraine Calls Back Professionals from Abroad for Public Sector Jobs – Third Phase of Create Ukraine Launched
The governments of Lithuania and Ukraine have jointly launched the third phase of the Create Ukraine program, aimed at encouraging Ukrainians with international experience to return home and work in the public sector.

The governments of Lithuania and Ukraine have announced the start of the third phase of the Create Ukraine program. The initiative aims to encourage Ukrainian professionals who have gained valuable international experience to return to their homeland and apply their knowledge to implement reforms and work in the government sector.
Strategic oversight of the program is provided by the Kyiv School of Economics Foundation (KSE Foundation). The launch of the third phase was announced by Maryna Borysenko, Program Director at KSE Foundation, who is responsible for the strategic oversight of Create Ukraine.
