Ukraine's military announced on Monday that it conducted a missile attack using high-precision cruise missiles against a manufacturing facility in the city of Voronezh, which it says produces electronic components for the Russian military. Voronezh region Governor Alexander Gusev confirmed that significant damage was inflicted on a local production facility and that at least three people were wounded. He did not provide further details on the extent of the damage.

Videos and images circulating on social media showed smoke and fire billowing from the site, which was identified by The Moscow Times as the Voronezh Semiconductor Device Plant. According to its website, the plant is one of Russia's largest silicon foundries, specializing in the manufacture and export of microelectronics and power electronics components.

In a statement, Ukraine's military said the plant's products are directly used by the enemy to produce precision-guided weapons, which Russian forces use to strike Ukrainian territory and target civilians.

Separately, Ukraine reported that it targeted the Dubna Space Communications Center in the Moscow region during a broader overnight drone assault across Russia. The center confirmed to Russian state media that it came under attack but said operations are continuing as usual.
