Ukrainian Company Tenebra Unveils Mobile Workshop for Ground Robotics
Ukrainian firm Tenebra has presented Vulyk, a mobile workshop designed for field repair and maintenance of ground robotic systems. The vehicle features specialized stations for welding, electronics, and pneumatic tools, with a full configuration priced at around $45,000.
Ukrainian company Tenebra has introduced a new mobile workshop called Vulyk, created to repair and maintain ground robotic systems directly in the field. The solution gives engineers an autonomous and protected workspace, enabling quick servicing of military robots without needing to transport them to stationary facilities.
According to a company representative, the interior is divided into specialized sections. It includes a welding station for mechanical processing, a compressor for pneumatic tools, and a press for bearing replacement. A separate station is dedicated to electronics, allowing soldering of boards and system adjustments. For larger ground systems that do not fit inside, the workshop comes with an additional tent, making it possible to service them conveniently on site.
The workshop is prepared for winter operation: its walls are insulated, and it is equipped with an independent heater and air conditioning. A full set of wrenches and other essential tools is included. The fully equipped version costs approximately UAH 2 million, or about US$45,000.
Tenebra has previous experience in this area, having developed Nebokrai mobile workshops for servicing FPV drones, which were approved and adopted by the military. In addition to workshops, the manufacturer produces mobile bath units and specialized trailers for transporting equipment and evacuating wounded personnel.
