Ukrainian Sentenced to Two Years in Prison for Fraud of €140,000
A 25-year-old Ukrainian citizen has been convicted in Estonia for fraud causing over €140,000 in damages. He received a two-year prison sentence and will be deported after serving his term.

On Monday, June 22, an Estonian court found 25-year-old Ukrainian citizen Viktor Dolinsky guilty of fraud and sentenced him to two years of actual imprisonment. The man was part of a criminal chain: his role was to collect cash or withdraw it using bank cards and hand it over to third parties.
After serving his sentence, Dolinsky will be deported from Estonia with a five-year entry ban. In total, he defrauded 21 victims, causing damages exceeding €140,000, which he is required to compensate, the prosecutor's office reported.
"This and other court rulings in recent months show that the state takes fraud crimes seriously and punishes them accordingly," said District Prosecutor Siret Vaher-Torn.
Dolinsky, who had no prior criminal record, was given a two-year prison sentence. Additionally, after serving his sentence, he will be expelled from Estonia with a five-year re-entry ban.
The court's decision is not yet final.
