Two candidates vie for presidency of Latvian Paralympic Committee

The Latvian Paralympic Committee has announced that two candidates, Liene Apine and Edgars Stobovs, are running for the organization's presidency.

The Latvian Paralympic Committee (LPC) has announced that two candidates are seeking to become the organization's next president.

One of the candidates is Liene Apine, who currently serves as the LPC's secretary general. The other contender is Edgars Stobovs, who holds the position of executive director of the Jurmala City Council and also chairs the finance committee of the Latvian Olympic Committee (LOC).

With this announcement, the LPC has officially introduced the public to both candidates who will compete for leadership of the organization.
