German Environmental Activists Sue to Halt Rosatom's Role at Lingen Nuclear Fuel Plant

Through the lawsuit, BUND is seeking to end Rosatom's cooperation with the Lingen plant and to address the risks posed by a Russian state company's access to strategically important infrastructure within the European Union.
