Teenagers in Valmiera brutally assault peer on video, police investigate

The perpetrators themselves uploaded a video to the social media platform Snapchat, showing a boy being surrounded, spat on, and beaten while others watch. Following the event, the victim, accompanied by his parents, contacted the State Police. The boy sustained bodily injuries, and an administrative violation process has been launched.
