Valmiera Summer Theatre Festival Invites Families to Enjoy Performances Together

The Valmiera Summer Theatre Festival (VVTF) will be held from August 7 to 9, transforming the city into the summer theatre capital. Festival director Reinis Suhanovs emphasizes that one of the festival's banners is the idea that theatre art should be watched together with family, no matter what it is. This year, the festival invites spectators to meet between bridges – both real and imagined. Performances are hidden behind walking masks, encouraging visitors to rediscover the city and become part of the theatre event. The programme is designed so that everyone, regardless of age, can enjoy theatre with their loved ones.
