Police seek public's help to identify man suspected of extremely serious crime

The Riga Eastern Department of the State Police of Latvia has launched a search for a man suspected of committing a particularly serious crime. Law enforcement has released photographs of the wanted individual and urges anyone who recognizes him or knows his possible whereabouts to contact the police immediately.
Information can be provided by calling 26392819 or 112, or by emailing konstantins.zaharovs@riga.vp.gov.lv. The police remind that every person is presumed innocent until proven guilty according to law.
