Latvian Environment Service Reminds: Report Pollution via Vides SOS App
The State Environmental Service urges people spending time outdoors in warm weather to use the mobile app Vides SOS to report environmental pollution and violations.
As warm weather arrives and more people spend time outdoors, the State Environmental Service (VVD) reminds the public that they can report environmental pollution and other violations using the mobile application „Vides SOS”.
The app allows users to quickly and conveniently notify authorities about observed environmental infractions, such as illegal waste dumping, water or air pollution, and other threats to nature. VVD encourages citizens to be proactive and report any issues they encounter, thereby helping to protect Latvia's environment.
„Vides SOS” is a free mobile application available for both Android and iOS devices. It provides another way for the public to engage in environmental monitoring and contribute to a cleaner environment.
