Zadovska's property sits so close to the shore that during major storms, seawater can reach all the way to the gate of her yard. This closeness to the sea has become part of everyday life, one the owner has learned to accept and appreciate.
An old fishermen's homestead
In maintaining her property, Zadovska strives to preserve the atmosphere of an old fishermen's homestead characteristic of the area, avoiding excessive modernization that would disrupt its historic feel.
