Wales are preparing for a tough away match against Argentina, aiming to avenge their previous loss in Cardiff. Head coach Tandy highlights this as a great opportunity to test the team's progress by playing a world-class opponent on their home turf.

Argentina currently ranks 7th in the world, while Wales sits at 11th. Tandy acknowledges the match will be highly intense due to the hostile atmosphere created by Argentine fans. However, he stresses the team is used to playing in difficult conditions and sees this as an exciting challenge.

Preparation time has been severely limited. The team undertook a 7,000-mile journey from London Heathrow to Buenos Aires, lasting 18 hours and crossing four time zones. The squad was split over two flights on consecutive days, resulting in only one full training day with the entire group. This was followed by another two-hour flight to San Juan.

Tandy insists there are no excuses, calling the trip a good test and character-building experience. He emphasizes the need to stay connected on the field and be ruthless when opportunities arise.
