According to the Estonian media outlet Postimees, the fall happened at around 6:30 p.m. local time. The child fell from a height estimated at around 13 metres.
Child survived the fall
Despite the height of the fall, the child survived. When the ambulance crew arrived at the scene, the toddler was conscious. Medics immediately took the child to hospital, and the mother accompanied the child there as well.
