Vilma Fairclough to step down as chair of Mēness Aptieka and Repharm boards
From October 1, Vilma Fairclough will leave her position as board chair of AS Repharm and other group companies, with Mantas Jurkus taking over. Sentor Farm Aptiekas' board will continue operating with two members.
Vilma Fairclough will step down as board chair of AS "Repharm" and other companies within the group starting October 1, Dienas Bizness reports.
The board of SIA "Sentor Farm Aptiekas" will for now continue operating with two members — Ērika Pētersone and Jeļena Petrišina remain in their board positions.
New leader from October
Mantas Jurkus will take over as chair of the "Repharm" board from October 1. Since November 2025, he has served as board chair of AS "Recipe Plus," another company within the "Repharm" group.
Andrejs Leibovičs, chair of the supervisory board of "Repharm" and "AB City," thanked Fairclough for her professional contribution to the development of "Mēness aptiekas" and "Repharm," noting that under her leadership the group had purposefully developed its services, strengthened access to quality pharmaceutical care, introduced innovations, and invested in the group's resilience.
About the company group
"Repharm," part of the "AB City" group, has operated on the Latvian market for more than 30 years. The group's companies combine medical and laboratory testing services, pharmacies, and medicine supply businesses — including AS "Veselības centru apvienība," SIA "Centrālā laboratorija," pharmaceutical care through "Mēness aptiekas," and nationwide medicine and medical goods supply through AS "Recipe Plus."
The group's companies employ more than 4,700 people in Latvia and pay approximately €70 million in taxes to the state budget annually.
