Vineta Skudra: style means freedom

Vineta Skudra, known affectionately among friends as Skudriņa, runs the Zaļais lācis guesthouse in Līgatne. A proud native of Liepāja, she flies the Liepāja flag next to the guesthouse. While she takes care of musicians representing a wide variety of genres, her own clothing style stands out for its brightness and visibility.

Skudra was met at the Saldus saule festival wearing a T-shirt of the band Līvi and yellow sneakers, which she showed off while stretching into a yoga pose. Speaking about style, she says the main condition for it is freedom.

A host with a distinct look

Skudra is recognized for combining hospitality with a vivid personal presence. Her guesthouse in Līgatne serves as a stopping point for musicians of many different genres, while she herself displays a free, individual sense of style during festival season.
