The participants are also expected to discuss readiness for the upcoming heating season, public service prices and infrastructure matters, including waste management, heat supply and water management.

In the afternoon, Vitenbergs is set to visit SIA “Uzvara-Lauks”, where he will learn about the grain growing sector, energy efficiency in grain drying, and the company’s preparedness for the heating season. The new support programme “Jaudīgais”, intended for companies with high energy consumption, is also planned to be presented during this visit.

The working visit will conclude at SIA “Bauskas alus”, where resource efficiency and how energy-intensive manufacturing companies are preparing for the heating season are to be discussed.
