Volvo begins EX60 deliveries: electric SUV with up to 810 km range
Volvo has started first deliveries of the EX60 to customers in Europe. The model is available in three versions, with the top one offering up to 810 km WLTP range.
Swedish automaker Volvo has begun first deliveries of the all-electric EX60 to customers. The model, produced at the Torslanda plant in Sweden, is now available across Europe and orderable in the US. The EX60 replaces the popular XC60, whose hybrid version continues to be produced alongside.
The EX60 is the first Volvo model built on the new SPA3 800V platform, enabling fast charging and high performance. Three versions are offered. The base rear-wheel-drive version delivers 275 kW, with an 80 kWh battery and WLTP range up to 620 km. The all-wheel-drive version produces 375 kW, uses a 91 kWh battery, and reaches up to 660 km. The top P12 AWD version with 500 kW and a 112 kWh battery offers up to 810 km WLTP range, making it the most powerful series-production Volvo ever.
Thanks to up to 370 kW DC charging, the AWD versions can charge from 10% to 80% in 18–19 minutes. All versions have a top speed of 180 km/h. Due to high demand, Volvo increased production capacity even before series production began.
