Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has confirmed that Ukraine's armed forces conducted strikes on oil refineries in the Russian cities of Ryazan and Perm. The attacks come amid the ongoing Russian war against Ukraine.

In the United States, the Senate voted in favor of advancing a sanctions bill targeting Russia during a procedural vote, moving it closer to a full vote. Meanwhile, former US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky characterized their recent meeting as "good."

Additionally, Ukrainian drones attacked a Wildberries warehouse in Ryazan. The Russian e-commerce company is now looking to lease warehouse space in Kazakhstan.
